Account Information
- Email address (from Google Sign-In)
- Name and profile picture (from Google Sign-In)
Email Data
When you connect your Gmail account, we access:
- Email headers: Sender/recipient addresses, dates, and subject lines
- Email snippets: Brief previews to provide context about your relationships
What we DON'T collect:
- Full email body content
- Email attachments
- Emails from spam or trash folders
How We Use Your Information
- Contact extraction: We analyze email headers to identify people you communicate with
- Reconnection suggestions: We identify contacts you may want to reconnect with based on communication patterns
- Email sending: When you choose to send a message, we use Gmail's API to send on your behalf (only with your explicit approval)
Data Storage & Security
- Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS)
- All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties
- Access tokens are encrypted and stored securely
Your Rights & Controls
- Access: View all your stored contacts and data within the app
- Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings
- Revoke access: Disconnect your Gmail account or revoke access via Google Account settings
- Export: Export your data in a portable format
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Google OAuth: For authentication and Gmail access
- Supabase: For database and authentication infrastructure
- Vercel: For hosting the application
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
